I always enjoy eating delicious food at Arby’s. However tonight I got the deep fried turkey combo meal end it left something to be desired. At first I had to repeat myself five different times at the drive-through speaker. What is so hard about understanding the word turkey, especially close to Thanksgiving? When the sandwich arrived I found it to be delicious in terms of taste however it was the messiest sandwich I have ever eaten. Far more messy than a big Mac. It had way too much mayonnaise and every piece of turkey & bacon, lettuce & tomato would not stay between the buns. I had mayonnaise bits of the sandwich all over my hands and shirt but the time I finished eating. I will never buy this particular sandwich again. Arby’s, you need to get this right!
Although they were fast & friendly my food was not right. I ordered & paid for cheese on a sandwich, didn't get it. I ordered a sweet potato waffle & they were fried so hard & crisp they were not eatable. I got this food order on my way home from an appointment so it wasn't worth my time to go back.

Food good and hot.
Again....it just depends on who's working and what time you go...last time I went my fiance got the roast beef max and they put the thick end pieces on his sandwich.... yuck
