Paisano's

First time ordering from Paisano’s today and I would like to say I never experienced such bad customer service until now. I had an online order for pickup and I showed the guy the email I’ve received with my order confirmation number and what I’ve ordered. He then proceeded to give me an attitude saying “what is this?”, “how is he supposed to know what the order is”. Mind you I’ve NEVER been here before and usually showing up with a confirmation number is enough to figure out the order.nnSafe to say I will never come back and support a business who can’t treat their customers with respect.

The wings used to be WAYY bigger and were actually “Jumbo” sized wings like advertised but now they are just puny looking Tysons wings, not really sure what happened.nnThe XL Paisano Supreme (Formerly known as AKA “The Big Paisano”) is still pretty much the same though so I can’t complain there. But a big factor of why I ordered from them in the past is they’re Jumbo wings, they are not any BIG any longer yet the price remains the same for the wings.

I wanted to compliment the professionalism of Tye during my phone order. He was super personable and helpful on the phone. A joy to talk to. Paisano's is my favorite pizza.

Please ask your drivers to be more considerate of the neighborhoods you deliver to. I was woken up by your deliver driver blasting his radio late at night and I saw one speeding through traffic the other day.
