I bought Ge profile cooktop June 2020 then call appliance connection to complain the knob was giving us the problem. Nobody responded us, I called and emailed them also. After 9 month it start giving us the burning smell, after the burning smell few hours later the top detached from the glass of cook top and it fell down to the cabinet. So I called the local company tech and he said it is manufactures fault, and he wrote it down and I have sent that letter to Ge I call to Ge everyday since 10 days. They didn’t send any technician and they are keep transferring me to the consumer department. They are keep saying it is installation fault. They didn’t send any body how they know it is technician fault
Guy came, spent 30 seconds looking at my fridge and said it need some parts. Said they would call me with an estimate 5 days ago and I've heard nothing.nnAs it turns out my fridge was just running through a defrost cycle cause the freezer door was cracked open over night.nnFridge is fine now. Too bad I had to pay the service call for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.
