Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store

I think that this Goodwill is great! I love to go because they always have a nice variety, but the only reason that I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the changing rooms. I understand that they are trying to be cautious due to COVID-19 but I went to the store today and people were just trying things on in the corner of the store and putting what they didn’t like directly back on the rack. So truly what is the point of closing the changing rooms if people are just going to try the clothes on in a random corner of the store? We can’t even return something if we don’t like it. There were SO many things that I would’ve loved to buy but didn’t due to the fact that I just couldn’t try it on! I think that if you’re going to have the changing rooms closed, you should at least allow a little bit of flexibility when it comes to returns. We don’t want to waste our money on something that doesn’t fit.

Clean store and easy to shop in due to friendly customer service that is knowledgeable with their product and everything is categorized properly.

Went on a Sat AM. Younger staff & very helpful. You know what Goodwill stores are so as expected. Be sure media - like CDs -are in the case. Happy.
