ZIPS Dry Cleaners

I take my winter clothes to be cleaned here, as the prices are reasonable, and they do a great job. The people who work there are very professional as well. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The first time I went, I took shirts and pants to be cleaned and pressed. They pressed the pants but none of the shirts. The second time, they didn’t press the shirts where the sleeve creases already were but created new ones instead. I will never go here again. Spend a little extra money on someplace that knows what it’s doing.

I am disabled and walk with a walker and I call and someone comes out to my car and gets my clothes. Great service, friendly staff clothes always look great after they have been cleaned. InAppreciate the great staff and your services. Thank you.

If I have an option to give them a -/negative star, I would, the people here have no respect nor they know anything about customer service, they have stolen from me at the same time they have messed my most expensive clothes, they will treat you better if you look good and have a good outfit if not forget about yourself, Don’t dare to bring you clothes here for dry cleaning , this place is really bad this place just stinks

If I could give this place 0 stars, that is what I would give them. When they dry cleaned my designer blouse, they made the crystal button fall out. I had to ask them to sew it back on but when I went to pick it up, it was a completely different button and they made a hole on the shirt near where they sewed the button. The owner is a liar, completely unreliable, and has no sense of customer service whatsoever. Last summer, he dry cleaned another designer blouse and it was returned with a bunch of holes in it. He claimed that moths in my home did it but we had our house inspected and there were no moths. The moths came from his dry cleaning facility because they leave the door open all summer long in order to save on air conditioning. Don't ever go to the ZIPS on fairfax boulevard near the Verizon store! You'll be sorry!
