Been going to this cleaners for almost 9 years and never had a problem....until today. I picked up a pair of pants I had hemmed. I got them home and tried them on - and they were an inch off. I immediately took them back to complain just now. The gentleman minding the counter came out playing with two puppies and reeking of alcohol. I asked him to identify the problem with their work, and he said there was no problem. He grabbed a tape and started trying to show me the legs were hemmed at an identical length, but he kept moving the tape around. When I called him on it, he got belligerent. I left and told him I was taking my business and never coming back.
There’s always somebody that is ready to help no matter what time you go. The staff are friendly. And the place is cozy.
Friendly, quick, and professional. But a little expensive.
