They messed up my cream dress with bleach stains. He redid the dress twice but to no avail. They didn't want to refund me for the cost of damages, which was only $22. Once he agreed, he put in the computer not to service me. If you make a mistake fix the error do not be bitter about it. It takes more energy to be nasty than just correct your mistake and move on. Terrible he only hires certain people that will work for nothing. I asked him to take the sign down if he isn't hiring. I guess he has to make it seem like he is doing the right thing. Hard to support small businesses.
This place is very fast. They can get your clothes done in 24 hours if you come before 5pm to drop off your things on a weekday. They are closed Sunday. I haven't gotten my suits or work clothes done here. But I have gotten my coats and cashmere dry cleaned. The coats they cleaned very well. There was one coat they couldn't clean. So they gave me store credit which was okay but I'd rather have them give me my cash back. The cashmere was cleaned all very well. The place is very average. They only accept cash. Fastest cleaner I have found so far.
Quite possibly one of the gruffest front counter person I have encountered.
$1.95 Expo Cleaners on Main St. of Fairfax city is one price dry cleaners. The place is fast and can get your clothes done in 24 hours. Hard to find such inexpensive dry cleaners with quality service elsewhere.
Recent raise in prices still adequate service.
