THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY IS THEY HAVE COMFORTABLE CHAIRS. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.nIf you have clothes that are delicate, DO NOT take here or they will fade the color, shrink your clothes, and give you the run around on who’s fault it is.. so much for a company who strives for customer service.

I took my white khakis and black pea coat here since I spilled bright orange butter chicken all over them. No evidence left whatsoever, and my 10 year old pea coat looks brand new now. No chemical smells either. And nice people. Glad I found a good place so close.

I usually do my laundry at home, but I had to dry-clean my suit last week for a last-minute event. Excellent place. I love the comfortable seats at the waiting area.

BEWARE, and AVOID unless you want your clothes RUINED! I have been taking items to this cleaners for some time now, and one thing that drew me to them were the fact they were into being environmentally safe, big on customer service, and taking great care of your possessions you drop off with them. I work hard for my money, and when I take things here I expect them to take their time to clean my garments, and especially read the care tags as the items are pricey this should be expected when they charge ALOT more than anyone else around here, they should take care of the garments no matter the price to say the least as it's not their items.nnBoy was this wrong, dropped off a Jacket I really loved, and it was worn a few times and never cleaned. Long story short, I pickup the item and its damaged, and they simply handed it off to me like nothing was wrong. I kept calm even though the jacket wasn't cheap, and explained the issue with them damaging and fading the entire jacket, deep navy looks completely ashy, especially when you bring this jacket in the light. They told me they don't have insurance here, so if they damage anything of yours you are SOL. They told me for 30+ minutes it doesn't take a genius to follow care instructions and that they followed it to a T, and it's the company fault.nnAfter speaking to the garment company and the place I purchased the item they both advised this never happened before especially if they followed the instructions. I then called the institute that they recommended to try and test the item but they too said the dry cleaners would have to send the items in not me as the consumer...They also said if they were deemed at fault that they would reimburse me for the jacket.nnWell after going back and forth with the cleaners for almost 2 weeks now she accidentally snitched on herself with how she treated my jacket and after confirming with her I told her the care tags said to NOT TO DO THAT, and now that explains why the jacket was mysteriously damaged. After bringing this up I then got more push back saying that wouldn't cause damage etc and the passing of the bucket continues. They will not reimburse me for my jacket that they did not follow the instructions for, and I will be reporting them to the BBB. I was even told I can take them to court to be reimbursed but we all know this would cost me alot more in lawyer fees, along with a long wait before getting reimbursed. Very unhappy but I did learn some valuable lessons here. Sorry for the long review this is not a place you should bring your belongings too, I get mistakes happen, but I shouldn't be held responsible or take the L as it wasn't my fault in the first place. Now I will have to rebuy the jacket...

If you are a slim or normal sized person, they will charge you 3x more to hand iron your shirts because they don’t fit the pressing robot or whatever it is. I had tailoring done, too, and it looked like they used the Boy Scouts sewing kit—not to mention, they didn’t put the correct seam type back and the shirts didn’t even fit properly.
