Used this place for years... Until recently I noticed our clothes had been pressed but not cleaned. Clothes left dirty with the same stains on them...
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I’m so disappointed with their service. They are so irresponsible. They take out belts and and other stuff from your clothes and they never put those back. And the manager offered me $15 store credit for the my coat.nWhy did you guys even open a shop if you can’t even take care of customers??nThis is worst experience ever. I can’t use my coat without the belt. And they don’t really care About you. I won’t recommend anyone to go their and experience the worst service.
Price is good but dropped off my suit with my weather proof bag and they lost the bag which was $50. I don't recommend this place at all.
They ruined a brand new shirt! Their offer was for me to go find the decorations and they'd put it back on. When I told them that I wasn't interested they tried to offer me $22 instead of the price of the shirt which wasn't much more than that. I figured in good faith to continue a relationship with a customer the least they could do was make good on my purchase price. Not to mention that the shirt is no longer available from the retailer. I am very disappointed with the service. His excuse was they didn't look at it before putting it in the laundry. Smh. So much for attention to detail. Will not be using this place anymore and all of my co workers who go here still, will know about this terrible service.
