Just purchased a home through these guys, Kathy Lytle was my realtor an she was huge help, any question I had she was right there. Highly recommended, great person to work with.

Spoke to ba Rupert and Kathy about purchasing a home, was in contact for weeks and was told while waiting for an answer from the bank that they would call us if anyone else was looking at the home we wanted to purchase...after getting approved for our loan we called the same day to make an offer to find out someone made an offer on the home a day before! We were never told about this and were basically hung up on. We contacted another realitor to draw up a secondary offer in case the first didn't go through. And upon calling them to make sure they had received it the lady on the phone was incredibly rude stating that THEY could have drawn that up for us even though they never offered it and wouldn't acknowledge the fact they didn't keep their word from before about contacting us. The lady then proceeded to be incredibly rude not wanting to answer any questions I had at all. She was speaking in a very condescending tone and.very sharp. said they would not be contacting me and not to call them again but instead to do everything through the person who drew up the contract. I will NEVER do business with this company again as my wife and I lost out on purchasing our dream home due to the shear lack of professionalism from the reps in this company! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE.
