Benjamin Franklin's technician was very courtesy, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and gave me confidence they would do a great job. Their rates are comparable to other major plumbing companies. I like that they give a warranty to their work. However, due to COVID we decided not to move forward at this time, but I would use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future. They have done a lot of work in my parents home and my parents have been very happy with their results. Thank you!
I needed a PRV installed. The young man who came was punctual, professional, and quoted me a price slightly higher than I expected. I choose to have him do the work anyway. He did the work well and neatly . He didn't disparage the work done before (by other vendors, before my time), like some other vendors who stopped by.
