If I could give 10 stars I would. Mario and is crew came fast, stayed late, and everyone had incredible dedication to making sure the job was completed. I hope I won't have a plumbing issue like this in the future but if I do, this is the first place I will turn to.

I had a emergency main line clogged that was over flowing and flooding my basement at 1230 am. Got a hold of Mario and he came right away. He was timely professional and personable. He will be my plumber of choice from now on.

I called on 10/6 for an appointment to get a part of my gas fireplace fixed. When I scheduled the appointment for 10/7, I was told that they would do the work the same day. The technician showed up four and a half hours late, with no explanation. I had called the main office number and asked for an update and no one ever returned my call. While the technician was here, he constantly brought up a different business I told me I should call this other business to fix my fireplace. The technician told me the only thing I needed replaced was my Dante valve but gave me an estimate detailing $1,800 worth of repairs that he told me I did not need. He also refused to repair the Dante valve that day, as had been promised, and told me he wouldn't do any repairs until I had my chimney rebuilt. I called and spoke with the manager on 10/8 about my experiences. He assured me but this was improper and that he would make it right and have someone out to my house to fix the Dante valve either that day or the next day. No one has ever shown up. I called to follow up with the company on 10/13 and 10/16 in an attempt to get them to do the work they promised to by 10/9 but it is currently 10/20 and I have not heard a word from Mr. Rooter in 12 days. They charged me $49 to do the estimate and I will now dispute that charge with my bank as I have never received service and they are refusing to return my phone call or do any work.

Mario and his crew came and were able to quickly replace our garbage disposal. They did great work!

Daniel and Mario were superb. Absolutely the best. Saved Thanksgiving weekend.
