We needed a plumber for a couple of issues with the plumbing repairs for the sale of our house. Nat, Troy and their crew came to our rescue! I had a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday. I called 4 different places and couldn't get anyone to answer or call back.Troy from Roto-Rooter called me back Sunday morning and was at my place by noone. He took less than an hour to fix my clog. Very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Definitely would call him again for my plumbing issues. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

After dealing with a clogged main sewer drain for a week and a half with another Lynchburg Plumbing company I called Roto Rooter last night. They said they would have someone call me first thing in the morning. By 8:20 I had a call and was told a truck would be here by 9 am. By 10am that had corrected the issue the other company had not removed. They pulled out a massive ball of roots.nnNot only were they responsive but they were about 30% cheaper. I am very thankful they had very professional and honest. They actually ran their machine twice to make sure the blockage was definitely taken care of.nnThanks for your help

Very professional! Came out the day I called. I've used them multiple times and they have the same great service. I thought $265 was a little high to snake a drain, but I did need it done ASAP!nHeather

We had a clogged stairwell drain. They did an excellent job of clearing it. They were very professional, friendly and fair priced. Highly recommend.
