David was very thorough with his work and made time to answer my questions & concerns. He took care of the drain blockage issue and helped me determine the layout of the underfloor drain lines in my basement (which hopefully will help diagnosis any future issues that may occur). The final bill was more than I expected but I was pleased with the quality and professionalism.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. The plumber charged me over $1,000 to run a snake and a camera down the toilet line. In the end he was unable to resolve the issue and instead recommended replacing the entire line for up to $8,500. This was after he said roto rooter may be able to resolve the issue (a process I later found out is less than $400). Unprofessional and provided no resolution for over $1,000.
Customer service is very important to me, as well as finding a skilled tradesmen. I get both from Full Blast Plumbing. I have used them often, and I recommend them to anyone who needs and wants a job done right, the first time.
