The crew is great! Very thorough to check all options and make sure the problem is fixed. Great customer service. They cleaned the main line out to the septic as well as used a camera to make sure corresponding lines were clear. Highly recommend!

Wayne and his partner were awesome. My husband and I know nothing about plumbing and when we had a leak from our master bath into our basement they were able to come out quickly and assess the situation. Wayne explained what was happening and what needed to be done in a way that we were able to understand. Super professional and friendly guys. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues! Had water leaking from the shut off valve to the toilet. They came out - we were told they would be there between 12-1 and he was there by 1215. A very polite clean and respectable employee showed up. The price was good even on a Sunday. Thank you Drains R Us!! Keep up the great work!!
