New to the area. So a very nice laundromat.
Love the new driers!!!
I would give a 0 if possible. Been going here for a couple years because it's close to where I live. Nothing in that place works right . Everytime I visit there there are always a handful of machines and dryers that don't work. There is never ever an attendant on duty and the only time I've ever seen one was when I was there on a Saturday at 8 in the morning to wash clothes and they were closed. They are supposed to be open at 7 a.m. I had to call their main number and then about 30 minutes later they sent a guy walking down the road with a set of keys to open the door. And that's all before I even start washing my clothes, which doesn't end well either. They always seem to smell like stink bugs when they're done drying and they never smell clean. The floor is always filthy and there's no sink for you to wash your hands in or clean up anything if you spill some detergent . The drink machine only takes bills, it won't accept coins, so if you only have change, you're out of luck. That place needs a serious overhaul and an attendant on duty. I'm happy to say I've made my final trip there and have since chosen a new laundromat where my clothes actually smell clean after I spend 20 or $30. Good riddance, Rustburg Laundromat!!!!!
The worst place I have ever been in.
Really need air conditioning and heat in this place in the summer it was really hot this would help a lot of people they have air conditioning going the doors are left open but it's extremely hot inside the building it's very fairly price
