The lady at the Fishersville unemployment office working 02/02/2021 at 10:00 is a great employee and deserves a raise. She took care of all my needs and it wasn’t even her job. She def deserves a raisennJB

I qualified for 600 bonus last year but not 2021 300 bonus unemployment this year. I went most of the year receiving nothing. I swear to GOD va unemployment is THE WORST UNEMPLOYMENT ESTABLISHMENT IN THE WORLD.

cant get 1099G because I’m at a new address, can’t get it online because I don’t have my PIN, a new pin can get sent to my old address, because I can’t change my address without the pin. If I call the number, no one answers the phone. There are no options to talk to a human being. There is no hold. It just hangs up on you, and try again.

I filed for unemployment all the way back in February and have still not received a single pay check. Every time I call, I'm told that nobody is available and to call back later. I'm tired of being told to call back later. I'm a pretty patient person, but this is ridiculous. How can they be this understaffed?

They need to have better customer services over the phone or their email so that we can get help for unemployment during COVID-19 situation and receive information when offices are open.nnThey need fixing with unemployment benefits and pandemic unemployment benefits. I've been filing my weekly unemployment claims since last month and haven't received any type of payments to my bank or a paycheck.nnThey need better ways to help unemployed people and unemployed families that have kids during COVID-19 situations that is happening here at Virginia and also at my locations of where I live at.nnThey need to fix this problem now for all us that are unemployed and need help for jobs and unemployment benefits.
