Please read the full review!nWe had booked a room through booking.com, booked a queen suite with two queen beds, for one night. Apparently booking.com had booked a jacuzzi room, when that wasn’t what we had booked. (We were not aware that booking.com had done that, until we arrived at the hotel) We arrived at the hotel to check in, (October 2) and the ladies up front were trying to check us into our room, they advised they didn’t see a reservation with our name, and they stated it showed it was canceled. The black lady and white lady with dark hair and glasses, helped in every single way possible. They advised us that all their rooms were full, but one lady had reserved 5 rooms and hadn’t showed up. The ladies at the front desk were able to clear out a room for us and gave us a much better deal than booking.com. I didn’t catch either ladies names, but I NEEDED their boss to know that they exceeded the customer service expectation. (Give them a raise!) They bent over backwards and gave us the best available room at the best cost. It was a decent stay, although the toilet was leaking, and there seemed to be some minor property damage, it was still very good for a one night stay. The ladies were just phenomenal, hopefully they read this, thank you so much for what you did! You are appreciated!

I was charged by the traveling agency then the lady checking me in charged me twice! So I was charged three times! The manager was nice and worked with me but look carefully to make sure they don't over charge you!

Staying in one of 2 rooms with a Jacuzzi tub. The room is nice and spacious for the price and the tub is nice although only 1 of the 4 jets only work on the tub.

Checked in first room fridge didn't work 2nd room no TV 3rd room was OK but very noisy people fighting slamming doors and fire alarm went off for about an hour. No sleep and was very noisy. No apology or any thing! Scared to leave my room to even get a soda because of all the fighting slamming doors and fire alarm went off for about an hour at 11 PM. Will not return!
