La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lynchburg at Liberty Univ.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! I just called to check the rates. Have been without power in my area for a number of days because of bad weather. It's supposed to be bad again tonight, with up to an inch of ice accumulation. I was on hold for at least 5 mins trying to reach someone at the front desk and then called back to see if I could get anyone again. When I was finally connected with someone in the call center, the man on the other end continued to say that he could not hear me. He did not even let me say hello or why I was calling. He introduced himself and immediately started saying that he could not hear me and would have to hang up the call. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give less than a 1 on experience I would in a heartbeat! DON'T WASTE MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Would love to see the front windows of the restaurant looking better..curbside appearance is everything. However, the room and lobby were clean and comfortable. Worth the stay and rate.

If I could choose know stars I would . I’ve stayed with this hotel before and I loved it a family member came to visit I booked his room thru a 3rd party vendor not knowing they couldn’t honor my military discount at the location because it was booked through someone else but charged by the hotel not the 3rd party. 2nd he arrived a day later than expected we were still charged even thou he wasn’t there upon arrival he noticed the room hadn’t been cleaned properly the tub had clogs of hair in the drain and throughout the tub the sink and mirror had tooth paste stains and clearly showing someone had spit all over it and it wasn’t cleaned properly everything else was ok but these things are very unsanitary and when pointed out to the front desk clerk she said she couldn’t leave the front desk an offered another room he took it but he went to check it out to only find dark hair in that tub he told her she “LEFT” to check it out after she said she couldn’t leave so to fix the issue we were offered a 3rd room a downgrade from a king to a double Queen which we weren’t gonna take she could have cleaned the small issues in the first room but it still wasn’t taken care of it wasn’t even anything left in the room to let you know it had been cleaned . So he cleaned his own roomud83dude12when I noticed what we where charged I called she stated she helped him and she didn’t check all rooms just the 2nd room we were offered. I said something about the cleanliness and how it’s important especially due to the pandemic we all bring our only sanitizers to spray when you walk in but that doesn’t mean housekeeping should’t do their job. She said it housekeeping had been talked to, that’s it talked to I as a customer paying over 260$ for 2 nights when we only stayed 1 night and the room wasn’t cleaned we should never have to settle for mediocre service . I will know longer be staying with this hotel or promoting it due to the lack of service , cleanliness and poor customer service I wasn’t asking to be completely compensated but how the situation could have been rectified was way below standards.
