All American Car Wash

Would have given it five stars, however since both of their good vacuums went down, the only other one available is back in a corner making it extremely difficult to vacuum and it's nowhere near as powerful as the other two. I was using these vacuums (as well as purchasing the $11 wash every visit) 2-4 times a week, as I just bought my new SUV and I have 2 children under 10. I've had to spend twice the time and money to get the same job done with the last vacuum as I did with the one next to the building. Since they stopped working, they've probably lost 10 or so visits from me, since that last one in the corner also feels like a pretty tight squeeze to back you larger vehicles into, and you feel like your gunna bang the doors up while your rushing around due to the poor job the vacuum does. Please fix these vacuums and then you'll have five stars.nnUpdate:nI have since returned to find that they have replaced ALL the missing vacuum hoses and they must have cleaned out or completely re tuned the vacuum cleaners because they work so well that they suck to the carpets! What can I say, their customer service is top notch! I will be returning as often as my car needs, and until my kids get their own cars, that will be quite often! Thanks for great customer service guys! 5 STARS!

I went to this car wash and purchased the 11 dollar wash but when I entered the wash it did not turn on. I called the number and got a call back within minutes and Nick promptly fixed the issue.

Car wash not working, after putting money in. Right side bay. Don't know if it's working now. Usually carwash is fine.

I am visiting family from out of town and used this car wash. I am highly disappointed that it didn't even remove the dirt from my windshield. Additionally, the wash I paid for had tire shine and im not even sure how that would be possible with the setup they have.

The rinse didn't work right last time and left soap residue on my vehicle.nBy far not the worst option in the area tho.nnEdit: bumped up a star because they reached out. Respect.
