..I have not been pleased with the performance of service the last few times I have been to zipcar on wards road. The vacuums didn't work. The mat cleaner didn't work. But personal service by staff is always friendly and helpful...okay zip please fix these things so I can give you a 5 star rating...I know you can do it..I have a family membership with you guys and I would like to keep it.ud83dude0a
The manager was very helpful with my car wash experience. He was very helpful talking to me about what I needed for my car. Will definitely be returning!
Excellent, the guys are outstanding
Beware! I made the sad mistake of signing up for their membership. I have been asking them to stop charging me. I will now have to call my bank to claim fraudulent charges. I have literally attempted to work it out with zips numerous times to try and resolve this. But just be aware that they definitely don't have good customer service. They will tell you they will look into it and get back to you, continue charging you and you will never hear from them again.
Effective... 3 compliments on how clean and shiny my car was today after running through. Friendly staff makes it not a chore.
