Working with the KK Homes team was a great experience! They are truly the best in the Shenandoah Valley. Several friends recommended working with them and they did not disappoint. I worked with Tabby and she was fantastic. We looked at several homes and she made sure to check everything she could at each home we viewed. She was always there to answer my questions and was very patient with me as a first time home buyer. Ultimately, when it came down to reviewing offers, the seller chose mine because their agent had worked with the team before. Where to begin when talking about our experience with KK Homes? It was amazing from the start! We decided to sell our home in order to get our boys back into a certain school district. We knew that with this market we needed someone with expertise and that is exactly what we got! The BEST of the BEST!! This is my second time working with Kathleen and her team, and each time I’m more blown away than the time before! Specific to this time, Kathleen listed my house and it sold in record time. She even got more than it was listed for. I was ecstatic. Kyle graciously showed me just about every house listed. Poor guy. I always felt bad bc I was so picky; however, he never complained and always made me feel as I was his only client! I know that’s not the case, but I truly felt that way. His constant communication; late night I might add, professionalism, knowledge, and integrity is what really outshines the rest!! Kathleen Kellett and her team are the best I’ve worked with anywhere. They’ve helped us sell two houses and were excellent all the way through the process. They knew exactly when to get the houses on the market, how to stage them and take great photos, and how to price them competitively. They are excellent communicators and will go the extra mile to get everything just right. Superb!

I have lived in my home for close to 30 years and the decision to sell was not an easy one. I was concerned about how things would be handled concerning the Covid Virus restrictions and limitations. I was very pleased that KK Homes handled the sale beginning with the listing, throughout the showing and closing very professionally. I would recommend their services to anyone.
