You call to get information and the people are not knowledgeable about their own rules on sending books. Then, they give you the wrong instructions. Then, the higher ups are rude and condescending. Train your employees better, do your job better.

Its a shame that there are qualified people who work at this facility and yet you have to call to get family members medications took to them. I really dont understand as being a nurse you take an oath to do your job but yet it does NOT get done. How do you even have a job. Yes these are inmates but they are human. Just think about it...It could be your child in school and the nurse didnt give them medicine that was prescribed to them knowing they really need it how would you feel how would you react, or maybe your love one in a nursing home and was in pain and you know they have medications that should be given 3 times a day and was only given medication twice in 2 days. Sad thing is I wonder how many people in there are being treated the same way yet do not have someone on the outside to help them. So do your job and do it in a professional way. Bottom line Treat people the way you want to be treated. Officers you give respect in order to receive respect. Talking to someone like a dog when they come to visit a love one is very rude. Yeah you have a badge but it makes you no different than anyone else it just means you have a job there!

Very rude employee's

This is a corrupt prison charging the prisoners $3 per day out of their donated money that shouldn't be taxed. They charge you $20 each time to see a medical doctor regardless of your illness including 5.00 for each prescriptions. Twice a week for breakfast and lunch you receive hot dogs and beans. Another two days every week for breakfast and lunch you receive two pieces of bread one slice of bologna one slice of cheese. Judges that own this prison convict the inmates which is a conflict of interest, giving them lengthy sentences for offenses that do not require jail time or inmates waiting for a court date for up to 6 months.nnThanks for the hassle and unprofessionalism!!!nYou guys need a real supervisor..!nI DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The beds are horrible. The food is horrible. The service is horrible. The phones are horrible. And when you want to check out, they won’t let you leave. Do not stay here.
