We had a kitchen & master bath remodel done and was extremely pleased with the service/quality provided. A schedule was given at the beginning of the job; even as COVID19 was accelerating they meet the schedule. The work was excellent and they always cleaned up the site at the end of the date. This was important because we 'living' in the house during the remodel. The folks at Vailes are true professionals and highly skilled. We will use their services again.

The Vailes team replaced our entire duct system (moldy duct board) and installed a new Trane XL18 heat pump. I can’t say enough good things about their crew: They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was a big project and took over two weeks to complete, but unlike some other contractors who disappear to work on other projects in the middle of your job, they kept some workers at our house every work day. They covered all the floors with protective plastic adhesive sheets that were installed for two weeks and the covered all furniture when they worked in rooms. They swept the work area every evening and removed construction debris every day. We are thrilled with the final product and as an example, the drywall repairs to the ceilings are so good we could almost get away with not painting them!

The company got my service scheduled easily and provided service in the scheduled time frame. The technician was prompt, efficient and courteous. Very satisfied!
