VDOT - Lynchburg

This isn’t about the service of VDOT it’s about them cutting grass. Idk if this is there department but a vdot truck was with the tractors. I live in a subdivision and it is 10:15am when the tractor come down “ there was 2” there is grown up land for sale so I thought they were going to bushhog it but oh no. They go on the left side of my road only on the left side and cut people’s ditches when we mow our lawn me mow the ditches also one of my neighbors just stared growing grass and it’s gone now because of these tractors cutting. The grass is way to dry right now to be cut and we are responsible for our yard and ditches. There was 1 tractor doing the cutting and another who was staying stopped at the bottom of my road. When the stopped tractor came up the road he was going astronomically fast, children live in this road and ride bikes. This was a bad experience and I hope I doesn’t HAPPEN AGAIN.nnThanks
