I am so happy that I chose Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning!nFrom Brett coming out to give me a detailed description of work that would be done, to the friendly staff that answers the phone and all my questions and made changes on the estimate as I changed my mind :) to scheduling my service date and time, and to the professional crew that did the power washing of my home and shed!! I could not have asked for more. I will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them.

They did an outstanding job - roofs was a mess and now looks like new; one is slate and the other is shingle. And they also pressure washed our walk while they were at it. Very professional and helpful!

Every aspect of Blue Ridge's business is adaptable and professional, from the courteous setup of the site visit and reasonable estimate to the billing itself. While our initial estimate was for all the eastern facing roofing, my wife requested that they tackle the west side of the to-be-worked on eastern side of the garage roof. Brett kindly agreed to do so with a minor (and very reasonable) price adjustment. We also had a section of tough stain on the east side of the garage roof that the initial cleaning application appeared to not resolve. Brett told us that if the black fungus was not gone in several days, we should call the office to arrange a second application at no additional charge. Blue Ridge was back within ten days and the roof stain is now gone. We were so pleased with Blue Ridge's excellent customer service that we are having them return to clean the exteriors of our roof gutters that have not been touched in 22 years. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Blue Ridge's service.

We were so impressed by what Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning, LLC, was able to do with our driveway! They helped get rid of years of old layers of epoxy to reveal the nice concrete underneath, and they gave us suggestions for how to take the project further as we work on restoring our driveway/curb appeal. The crew was knowledgeable, fast, and thorough, plus they patiently answered all of my questions. I never once felt rushed or like my questions weren't worth talking through during the estimate or on the day of the actual work. Highly recommend!
