We got the room just to use the shower- our house is having issues and our hot water is off. Room was ok, carpet was dirty and stained, we could feel crumbs on our feet in the bathroom, stains on the walls, and I just felt like I needed to shower and get out. After not showering for a few days (because no hot water at our home), my wife went to shower and said she felt “grosser after my shower”. She found hair on towels that were new and an unknown glob of hair came up the drain and onto her feet while she was showering.nFront desk guy was nice and the price is good if you’re in a crunch- but absolutely won’t get a room there again.

This is one of the best days I've ever stayed in the lobby is outstanding it's just amazing and the people that work here are super friendly and they go out of their way to help you any way you can like sometimes I'll ask him if I can pay that night instead of in the morning and they are fine with that definitely give this place five stars I give them 10 if I could

TV didn't work at all and the bed was okay.. service at the front desk was great though and wasn't very expensive. It works for a short stay.

Our room had BED BUGS! My husband was woken up at 2 am with bites all over his back. We went to the lobby, and showed the desk clerk his back, I took pictures and we switched rooms. He had been driving all day for work, and we were hooked up to an rv so moving in the middle of the night was not an option. We had to be up and on the road early the next morning. We were to check with the manager in the morning. She was rude and dismissive, with NO APOLOGY! I was not happy with the way she handled our situation. I asked for a refund of course! I was told basically its my word against theirs, this despite our being there in the lobby at 2 am, with huge bites forming on his back and the bed bug in a plastic baggie. The manager said if there were no bugs found upon inspection by a bug company then I wouldn't get a refund. Were diamond members, why the heck would we go so far to try for a refund, I don't appreciate the imitation that we were dishonest!!! B.S. still no refund. Don't waste your money at this place, they don't deserve your business. If I could give minus stars I would.
