Sears was a no show!!!! So no service was performed.nnSear didn't show up to provide Air Duct Service cleaning at my home schedule for 8/13/2020 at my home in Clinton, Maryland. They didn't call, they sent no emails or text messages to explain what or if there was a problem preventing them from performing this service on the scheduled date. I could have understood if they needed to change my service date but to not communicate with me at all and just fail to show up. This is totally unacceptable for any legitimate business......but Sears?? Growing up Sears was one of the most reliable businesses around but I can see how the company has just become a mere shell of what it used to be. Sad....but times change and poor business come and go and others pop up in their place. Sears if re-branding, rolling out a new business model isn't working then just stop before you destroy the few good memories some of us have of the good ole days with Sears when customer service and satisfaction, quality services and products were essential to Sears bottom line.
