The Flats at Lansdale Apartments

The Flats at Lansdale is a very upscale place. The new management team “Lincoln Property Company “ is doing an amazing job in such a short time. The maintenance team is cleaning up the issues that they have been left with. The response time and professionalism is amazing. I know that once they get situated it will be even better. Keep up the great work!!!!

We recently stayed at The Ave Lansdale for two weeks during a gap between closing dates. Management was super friendly and accommodating, even when we needed to make a change to our check in date. The apartment, facilities, and grounds exceeded our expectations. Parking was plentiful. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The resort style pool is spectacular to the point my kids were convinced we were on vacation. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. Staff is great and keep everyone happy lots of great things to do keeps the community and the guests happy. I recommend you all should check out this place.

I WROTE THE FOLLOWING REVIEW WHEN THE APT COMPLEX WAS STILL OWNED BY “AVE”. AVE SOLD THE APT COMPLEX ON 12/29/20 AND NOW IT IS CALLED “THE FLATS AT LANSDALE” INSTEAD IF THE FORMER NAME “AVE-LANSDALE. “ SINCE IT IS ONLY NOW 1/27/21, I DON’T KNOW HOW GOOD OR BAD THE FLATS AT LANSDALE WILL BE. THEY ARE JUST GETTING THINGS ORGANIZED IN THE OFFICE. HOPE IT WILL BE AS GOOD AS AVE-LANSDALE WAS. - Sandra Salveter, 1/27/21.nnApt complex was built around 2013. Very clean, excellent architecture, beautifully landscaped. Great management and staff. We face a lovely landscaped garden (Bldg D). Quiet, even though near Lansdale Turnpike entrance (which is on a level much lower than our apt level).nNice gym, and outdoor pool with BBQ grills near pool.nWe rent two garages, downstairs in our building.nMAINTENANCE (especially Draper Baily) IS SUPERB, which we really appreciate.nRent is reasonable for everything you get, and rent increases are about the same as the general inflation rate (low).nAcross the street are a Wawa and Walgreens. Across another street is a little shopping center with an Asian restaurant, nail salon, post office, and (excellent) dry cleaners.nWe just love this place.nOnly one complaint: garbage is not picked up on Wednesdays or holidays, so the cans pile up then.nNote: AVE has a great reputation as an apt manager. They have many other locations.
