I felt confident using this firm from the very beginning. There was no pressure to sign on, yet the level of knowledge was evident. I was selling my house in the midst of the pandemic - so everyone was on a learning curve. I can only assume that once pandemic restrictions are lifted, that the experience for all other home sellers and buyers will be better.nNonetheless, I comment that anytime I had questions, David R. was replying via email or phone by end of day. He let me direct the path and timeline I wanted, but offered suggestions as needed.nI recommend this firm.

S3Living provided the necessary support to locate our new home and sell our old house to transition into retirement. Both Nancy and David went above and beyond with patience and understanding throughout this entire process. We have five cats and knew that we wouldn’t be happy in a 55+ community.
