Had trousers cleaned and got them back with a hole on the pant leg, they would not acknowledge any liability at all, all I requested was an inside patch to cover the hole, instead I was told that it wouldn't look right and to throw the pants away. I have also had problems with them losing items and giving me other people's clothes in the past. Called to ask a question and the lady who answered was not helpful and had a real bad attitude so...will not be doing business here
