Horrible. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. They lost a jacket of great importance that was a deceased family members. Poor customer service, customer experience and care for customers property unfortunately for us.

Only place I take my dry cleaning. They do great work and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Unreliable service. Wife dropped off suit for dry clean. Called Friday evening and spoke to someone to verify that they will be open for pick up on Saturday and he said yes. Went there the Saturday morning multiple time well within the posted business hour (last time at around noon) - NO ONE was there at all. Called the number on the receipt - NO ONE pick up the phone. Left voice mail - NO RETURN (even after 1 whole week later). Over a week later (after returning from a conference without the suit), we talked to the person in the store, he said someone else was supposed to cover for him that Saturday morning but apparently that person didn't show up and decided not to let anybody know. When asked about the why no one return the call or voice mail, he said he doesn't even know there is a voice mail or answering service set up. We wouldn't go there again if time is of an essence. It may be a small operation but that doesn't mean it is okay to have unreliable service.
