I've used this company since 1987 when I had my house water softener installed. Ive had minimal issues and required just a few service calls. Ive always been treated kindly and with respect. Today I had a service call for my brine tank. Jason explained everything and fixed the problem. I came on the site to write a review and was astonished at the hateful reviews posted by a few people. This company has done fine by me for 33 years. The owner is kind and respectful on the phone and I highly recommend the company.

I used to work for this company. I did everything I could to look out for my clients, I don't think they are even in business anymore. If you need something fixed, Hess, H2o base and horizon plumbing services all know Aqua pures systems well and can provide better and more reliable service.

Owner is a drunk. Takes advantage of the elderly. Charges customers for things that are not broken. Horrible buisness owner. If you work for her and have a family she will make sure to cause problems in your relationship. She is a very lonely and jealous woman. Had her husband working for her and he stole a lot of stuff from the customers, went to jail and she has plans of bringing him back. She will withhold pay from her employees on a whim. She will work her employees to the bone and pay not a cent in overtime. Owner of this company was convicted of welfare fraud and still on probation. Avoid at all costs. She is a real nutbag. Real scam artist and thief!

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Tech came out, did not do what he stated he did and left everything all apart. Avoid them like the plague! I'd give minus stars if possible...
