Jersey Mike's Subs

Poorly managed. The staff were friendly - they quickly took our order and started ringing us up, but nobody started making the sandwiches - just stood around. When I asked, found out it was because the manager/shift manager had to slice the meat. Unfortunately he was busy pacing around and talking on the phone instead of doing his job. Luckily we hadn't paid, so we just canceled and left. This was at about 6 PM, so you'd think he would have some food prepped for dinnertime, or would at least acknowledge that there were customers in the store.

Terrible management. I'd give this location a 0 star if I could. I frequently visit other Jersey Mike's locations and have never faced an issue like I did tonight.nnI placed an order online and arrived at the designated pick-up time. An employee asked for the name on the order at the counter, and after glancing at the shelf he said it wasn't ready yet. Normally not a big deal, especially with a large number of online orders through COVID.nnI then waited and watched order after order be handed to other customers. After waiting for 20 -30 minutes (!!!!) without once being asked by anyone what I was waiting on or apologizing for the long wait, I decided to ask about the status of my order. The employee checks the shelf and realizes my order was ready THE ENTIRE TIME.nnI have recently waited over half an hour at another location for my meal, but in that instance the manager was extremely attentive and apologetic. In that instance the restaurant was also slammed with business but tonight it just seemed slow and steady. I don't even know who the manager was tonight, and that's a problem.nnI'll enjoy my (now) cold sandwich from the grill and drive to a different location with more professional staff next time.

Love jersey mike's and have for years. So glad they opened one close to home. Fresh, awesome subs. Clean store. Friendly employees!

Obviously these subs are the best I don’t think anyone even contests it. I ran into issues with this specific location, they seemed understaffed and not prepared for the amount of business they were getting. More than once my sandwich was not ready at the time promised for the order ahead pickup. I gave it a few weeks and went back today. Staff multiplied and my sandwich was ready at the exact minute it was promised.
