Came here for the first time and had an amazing experience. My tech did a really great job. She did exactly the design I wanted and the exact length as well.

I got individuals there and they put the false lashes directly on my natural lashes rather than putting it very close to the natural lashes. As a result, all of my natural lashes fell out. This was my first time getting individuals so I wasn’t aware but became suspicious because it was very painful when first applied. Once the pain continued, I decided to remove them (which I did properly), which was even more painful. Once removed, I realized it ripped out all of my natural lashes! I also received an extremely mediocre pedicure in which the artist put one coat of glitter polish on my nails and refused to do a second coat. She also did not give me a top or base coat! Lastly, no matter how long I wait, they also take people who have JUST WALKED IN over me! I would not recommend.

Over priced for a basic nail . 65$ for no design and short length. The prefer a certain payment method and do not notify costumers ahead of time of the preferred method. Poor communication skills. Don’t complete costumers wants as far as shaping the nail. They do their suggestion . Shaping could be improved. Specially for how they are pricing for a basic nail with polish . It just seems rushed ! They’re too “busy” to have quality on your nail.

Horrible the women messed up my set and it’s all chunky and ugly and she got an attitude with me because I the client as telling her how I want my nail done. I wouldn’t recommend DONT come here !
