I would NEVER advise anyone to go here!They are not professionals!!! They DO NOT know what they are doing. Plus you will never EVER get your money back!!! They truly should be ASHAMED of themselves!!! There is a place for people like these!!!

I reached someone after 3 days (got voicemail). No one called me back. I was told I would need at least 2 appointments with Michelle, the owner. No one could call me back with the price of coolsculpting for a session or tell me if I would have to pay before or after the procedure. No thanks, I am looking elsewhere or in Louisville. Didn't seem upfront.
Rude. Found out the lady who performed my facial and injections ISNT EVEN LICENSED my skin is so messed up. I tried to get a refund but no one will answer my calls. The owner Michelle avoids my phone calls and emails.nI will be calling the medical board.
I highly recommend Serendipity MedSpa. Angi & Michelle are awesome! Coolsculpting has changed my body's appearance for the better, I've lost so many inches & feel much better about myself. Thanks ladies!
