There's no mystery why these guys made it to and through the New Braintree MA State Police Academy, as they are phenomenal listeners, and achievers..... however..... be direct, and tell them your intentions and needs right away.... They're not there to play phone tag

Trooper Fowler was very caring and professional while dealing with us after a wreck on 495. It was a very good interaction with the Mass State Police.

The troopers there were just a bunch of bullies. They pulled me over for something g that wasn't even my fault because I had a rental and to make a long story short I didn't do anything illegal and they still took something from me that was almost worth $300.it took me almost 2 weeks to get it back from them and that's only because I started to call everyday and they got sick of hearing from me. I was very nice to everyone I talked to until they started talking g to me like I was being rude and unreasonable. They were just all around rude to me. No wonder why people have such negative feelings against police. I would say a good 80% of them Use there badge as a pass to do whatever they want. I know lots of cops that are good guys and nice women but they are few and far between unfortunately. Thanks k you for all that you do to the good guys out there that are really out there to protect and serve, you know who you are.

I stopped in to inquire about motor vehicle accident I was involved in. The Trooper behind the desk was very nice and professional.
