This place is an absolute joke. 30-45 minute wait, the inside still isn't even opened yet. IF you manage to place an order its probably wrong and your being overcharged anyway. Waited in line one night with other cars in front and they just decided after a few cars to tell the rest of the line they were actually closed. This place should just be closed for good. Its a shame how nice this restaurant used to be when it first opened.

where’s the staff? the service is so slow it’s almost like no one is working there. we waited behind THREE cars at the drive through for 20+ minutes during the working hours and not once did a car move up. we did, however, see a night shift staff member (March 26th approx. 9pm, check your logs) through the window sitting at one of the tables, not eating but not wearing a mask, and then wipe their face on their shirt with their hands. you think that’s clean? at one point we saw a customer go inside and literally get turned away from service and that was our sign to leave the drive through line. no staff member was at the drive through window meaning we would’ve just been waiting even longer. if you don’t have enough staff to run an easy FAST food restaurant, close down. you’re only digging a deeper hole. try hiring staff members who will work and be sanitary. id give zero stars if i could. i just wanted a damn taco.

Food took forever to make and I only ordered 4 beef tacos but I paid $19? Hmmm something doesn’t seem right there but the line was obnoxiously long and slow as you could see two workers sitting playing cards inside and another listening to music behind the checkout counter. I suppose taking advantage of not having customers inside the restaurant. Poor service. Rude. Cold food. Expensive. Runs out of everything all the time.

You always see a looong line of cars outside this Taco Bell, but believe you me, its not because its so good and popular, its because they are the slowest workers on this planet. They literally will take your order, you'll drive up, and they won't take the next persons order until that first person gets his meal. I was in that line for 25 minutes, and when I got there there was only 6 cars in front of me. And to top it off the girl at cash register didn't even have her mask on her nose. I told her the mask goes over the nose and she fixed it.
