I was the first time customer and I was really looking forward to experiencing the place because of the reviews and such. I was really impressed with how fast my eyelashes were done I have sat for at least an hour or two and I think she was done in 45 minutes for a full set of what I asked mega volume. I was charged for mega volume and as my eyes were closed which anyone who gets eyelashes knows that sometimes your eyelashes stick together and they have to softly release them from the bottom lash. Unfortunately all of a sudden I heard scissors. In my head I said why would they have scissors on my eye? To the point where I said are you cutting my eyelashes? And she said no so I relaxed and thought I was just hearing things. when I felt the scissors on my lower eyelashes I slowly started to get nervous and it was very obvious what she did. When I checked in the mirror I looked and they seemed okay the lashes themselves. But when I looked at my bottom lashes which are usually long there was clearly the corner that was cut. When I asked her about it she said they were just stuck. She was extremely sweet so I just let it be. And acted like it wasn't a big deal so to be not rude I acted like it wasn't a big deal. When I got home I realized that this lady really just cut my bottom eyelashes LOL and as I look in the mirror of the reality is I'm talking like she cut half the eyelash off not just trimmed. luckily that they grow back but I think it's more the principle of the fact. Fair to say I will not be going back here to get my eyelashes done.

My first time here. Unbelievable! The best pedi I ever got. I wish I got her name because I would definitely make her my regular girl. Now Hannah did my nails and my eyebrow tinting. Service was impeccable. She was super friendly and the salon is updated with all the covid protocols. I brought in a picture of what I was looking to have done and she completely nailed it. I use two different places for nails and eyebrows. I like the fact of being able to do everything at one visit and plan on switching salons. The color selection is way better and can’t beat the service. They just gained another regular
