Bare minimum maintenance done by handyman tenants. Nothing gets fixed. They put band-aids on top of band-aids. Slumlords

I've been using AJM for about three years. We have properties in three states, with managers for all of them. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!

I've worked personally with Dave on numerous occasions and my l add he is one smart man !!! Gets the job done right the first time ...
