I came here for the first year here for middle school. I love it so much. The teachers are amazing and so is everything here. This experience and the two more years I am going to have will be just as fun as this year.
I loved good Shepard, I wish I could still go and be with all my friends and see all the teachers again. I recently went for a visit and there were some great new changes. I wish that I could just relive the time I had there.
Teachers and faculty weren’t compassionate, they enjoyed disciplining students more than teaching them, to the point it was excessive.My daughter brought home her agenda with a written threat of detention for a piece of homework she did and handed in twice, which was also graded by the teacher, never received an apology or an admittance of making a mistake.They had a beautiful art room but my daughter never did any art work throughout the year. The only positive aspect was Mrs.Hurteau in the administration office.
We started at Monsignor Gadoury and we are now as Good Shepherd ( the next school up). We love it on all levels (education and environment).
Both of my girls are graduates of Good Shepherd and had a great experience. They are now successful high school students and part of their success is due to the great foundation they had at Good Shepherd.
