Officer Cabral displayed extremely unprofessional behavior while ticketing people on Old Smithfield Rd. I would never trust this officer and he clearly has a complex with power. In a time like today when unfair police practices are displayed online daily this officer gives police a bad name. On a personal level this man shows signs of strong personality disorders. I have a family member in law enforcement and he often times speaks of officers like this that shade the good work of RESPECTABLE officers and create a bad perception of what they are accomplishing for society.

I need details on an accident from this station and two days after they still will not help me get the information that i need to continue with my insurance. The guy at the front desk is no help and seems as if he doesn’t want to be there.

so I'm watching videos of the North Smithfield Police department watching TV while on duty refusing to acknowledge that what they're doing is inappropriate and treating someone at the window citizen like they are nothing!!!!!
