I will never use them again. They set me up to fail by not providing me with instructions on how to collect the water samples, then they told me my well needed to be chlorinated (which it didn't). After finding correct sampling procedures on-line, I had to pay additional money for a retest (that passed). Had they provided the necessary information up front, I wouldn't have been told to chlorinate the well nor had to pay for a second test. Office employees just gave me the run-around.

Every bad review is spot on. Spoke to someone on the phone and they said to just bring in a 16oz sample. When I arrived I was told they need to know exactly what to test for. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to allow this type of customer service.

One of the ladies in the office is very rude. Specifically the one on the right side of the office when you go in. She was condescending and spoke down to me as if I was a moron. I'm surprised that the owner keeps someone around who is this rude to his or her customers.nnUpdate:nnGreat news! Another reviewer suggests a company out of Sandwich called Envirotech Laboratories. Maybe they want my money since this place obviously does not.

I just had a terrible experience with this company. I am installing a boiler that needs a water test. I called this company and Denine answered the phone. As we were speaking, without warning, she put me on hold for 4 minutes. When she came back, I asked her some more questions, including asking to see some sort of report so I could see whether or not these tests would tell me what I need to know. She put me on hold again, this time with a noticeably bad attitude, and came back to the phone and said they don't have anything like that. Then she very rudely said that she had an office full of customers and she had to go. She hung up the phone on me. The was 15 minutes prior to the company closing for the day. I find it hard to believe that a water analisys company has so many walk in customers that they are flooded on a Monday afternoon in the middle of April to hang up the phone without taking any of my information.nI would highly recommend finding another company to do business with. If this is the way they treat potential customers on the phone, can you imagine how the actual water tests are done?
