I called Cisco Plumbing and Heating late in an afternoon for help with a pipe freeze emergency. Richard came out right away to assess the problem, prevent any water damage, and get things started. He did a great job fixing the issue and getting heat back to the house.nnHe was just so easy to work with, he was on time, his work was neat and clean, he really went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of. I couldn't recommend him enough, was just a great experience.
Richard came out at 6pm to install a new water heater for us. He was punctual and professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely use again.
Richard fixed a shower that had lost most of its water pressure, a leaky faucet, and bunch of pipes that needed to be replaced in my basement. He did a great job walking me through the jobs and what needed to be done. He was responsive, on-time, quoted me a fair fees and everything is working great!
