Ryan and Suzanne were exactly who I needed for this journey. I wanted to purchase my first investment property and was extremely nervous about doing it alone. From the first conversation I knew I was in good hands. They are both super responsive and supportive. I was also nervous about not looking in the Boston area but they were very willing to drive down an hr away to help me look. I was impressed by their knowledge and their way of analyzing the financial piece for me each and every time. Ryan and Suzanne were with me the entire time- from beginning till 'after' the end. After finding the investment property and closing, I thought I would be on my own but once again here they were. Within a week of closing, They were already looking at potential tenants and within a month a unit was filled and the second one is also on its way. I can't say this enough: I would not have been able to handle this without them. This was something I always wanted to do but was afraid but after working with Ryan and Suzanne, I'm convinced that this will not be my only investment property. I can't wait to continue this journey towards my dreams with these two. Until next time guys!!

Typically we hate the process of moving and finding new places but This time was a lot different then past experiences. We dealt with Ryan Gee who was very professional and so down to earth, by the end of our experience I consider him more of a friend than anything. I’ve also had numerous family members and friends deal with Access Boston Living and Ryan in specific and they have also had similar experiences. Thanks again Ryan and Everyone at Access.

Ryan was unbelievable with my girlfriend and I while searching for a new place to live. was very attentive and receptive, to what needs we had, within our budget. professional, and very knowledgeable about all properties. 5/5 recommend any, and everyone to Access RE if you’re looking for a new spot. Ryan and Suzanne were great! My husband and I started looking for a new home base casually at the end of June 2019. Each step of the way, and with each showing we went to, Ryan and Suzanne were patient and demonstrated the fact that they were actually listening to us. Despite the fact that we were only casually looking, they were always prompt with responses and updates. As of August, we found the perfect place and moved in. Thanks guys :)
