Lowe's Home Improvement

Horrible Service, can't getting their delivery company XPO on the same page its been two weeks and we still do not have our refrigerator inside our home. Made several calls, been on hold for hours on end. Poor communication between Lowes and their delivery service XPO. We have been long time shoppers at Lowe's and because of this we will no longer go to Lowe's and will be cancelling our Contractors Account and credit card with Lowes.

It's an outlet store has some good deals not impressed the service

Avoid at all cost. The workers have no idea what they're doing. Delivery was no better, was supposed to be delivered on Monday they broke my washer somehow and I had to go pick another one out to be delivered Tuesday, they show up Tuesday no dyer this time had to wait until Thursday because they couldn't find my dryer
