I was very comfortable having Chuck Roberts in my home. He did an excellent job.

I just happened to see Chuck's van driving through Williamstown one day. I found his number, called, and had a callback within hours. The next week he came to give an estimate. Because he is so good we needed to book a date six weeks out or so. It was worth the wait. He arrived exactly when he said he would, did our carpets on the first day; upholstery on the second. Professional work. A great assistant with him. I was impressed all around and highly recommend Chuck.

Amazing, just amazing, can't say enough about the quality of Chucks work, very professional. So very pleased, as the carpet looks like its new, with two dogs that's quite a feat. Everything gets tracked in, leaves, sticks, stones, MUD, just to say a few. Also it's a main through-fare as you have to track through that room to get anywhere!nChuck is a very happy, fun to be around person.
