The Renaissance

From someone who has lived at many apartments in big cities...The Renaissance truly feels like home! I am so happy that I signed an 18 month lease. It is incredibly comfortable here, very quiet and safe. The amenities are wonderful- parking garage, gym, and the rooftop are things you won't find elsewhere. The apartments are very large and renovated with high quality. The upgraded kitchen really makes you feel like you're in a home. Betsy, Lynette and Don are the absolute best. Not just management but friends and willing to help always! I wouldn't suggest any other building in Cincinnati!

Moving here was the best decision. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my apartment. It's perfect. Everything is kept immaculate by the staff, and they are so kind and fabulous to work with. Quiet building, cannot hear neighbors. Many amenities as rooftop, gym, lounge area, pool table if you want a little change of scenery. Location is IDEAL! Walking distance to many places or a quick ride on the streetcar. HIGHLY recommend renting here. Looking forward to lengthy stay.

I have lived at the Renaissance for over 3.5 years and have enjoyed calling the Renaissance home. The sense of community, attentiveness of leasing & maintenance staff and amenities (rooftop, gym, common room) make this a compelling place to live. Also, the location is perfect – a nice balance between the river and OTR, with close access to the streetcar. Each unit is practical and offers a lot of space for an apartment in the city. I personally enjoy the high ceilings and tall windows. I recommend scheduling a tour if you are considering downtown living!

I’m so glad to have moved here a few months ago! The Renaissance is great, and I think I’ve really made the right choice after exploring Cincinnati. The apartment is beautiful, the staff is great and super responsive, and it is so close to so many things in the city.

We've been renting with the Renaissance for about 2 years now and just decided to stay another 18 more months because we loved it that much. We're in the process of moving to a larger unit and the transition has been a breeze. Both leasing agents Betsy and Lynnette have made the process seamless and we couldn't be happier working with them. The apartments location, price and amenities can not be beat in downtown Cincinnati!
