If you are selling or purchasing a home contact Melanie Monroe. I have worked with many realtors and Melanie has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. Melanie's exceptional customer service and communication throughout the process is amazing. No matter how you are involved in the transaction she is on top of it. Updates to title/escrow, the other parties agent, the mortgage contact, etc. If you are part of the transaction, you are included in the communication.nnMelanie is never to busy for you either. Melanie has been helpful and patient with my relocation and house purchase. We've traipsed five counties! When viewing properties she points out aspects of a house that I may not notice, but are still important such as crawl space covers, water heater straps, tired roofs, and structural shortfalls. I really appreciate her quick response to emails and questions.
