3 years ago Khalid helped me and my wife purchase our first home. When it came time to selling the home Khalid and PRP were our first choice! He’s very patient and understanding. He takes his time and makes sure you know what you’re getting into! He’s also great with VA and knows what he’s talking about. 10/10 would recommend and would use again in a heartbeat!

I have worked with Premier Real Estate Partners on several different business transactions (not affiliated with PRP). I have personally witnessed them interacting with clients, staff and vendors. They are a group of very professional individuals who strive to exceed their clients expectations. I have seen them take their time explaining and educating their clients on the home buying process and what to expect. As a Professional Home Inspector, I have witnessed lots of Real Estate Agents play down the defects found in a home. Not the agents at Premier Real Estate Partners, they take the time to go through the report with their clients and make sure that they have a full understanding of the defects observed during the inspection. If I were buying a home, I would want to work with someone who was looking out for my best interest and not their commission.

Khalid is dedicated to his clients. He took us to see homes all over the south Puget Sound and Kitsap peninsula. He was knowledgeable, excellent at listening to our feedback as we learned about what we wanted, and adjusting to help us meet our needs. He's also incredibly responsive. When we finally found the house, I almost let it slip through my fingers! I called Khalid about half an hour before the offer review deadline, late late in the evening, and asked him if he could put in an offer for us after all. HE GOT IT DONE AND WE GOT THE HOUSE! Khalid truly advocates for his clients. He was also great at helping us understand what was a great value and what was less so. Outstanding work ethic. Impressive knowledge of real estate. Genuinely fun to work with. Makes each client feel truly valued. Would DEFINITLEY work with ONLY Khalid and his team for any future real estate needs.
